From Monday 17th October to Friday 11th November 2016, officials from the Office of the Ombudsman will visit every   district headquarter town to disseminate information about the functions of the Ombudsman and record complaints.

Increasing access to administrative justice for everyone is one of the key priority objectives in the Ombudsman's Strategic   Plan. The Intake Clinics would allow for members of the public in districts where there are no Ombudsman's offices to   discuss their complaints with officials from the Office of the Ombudsman in person.
